A) You may not not claim you wrote the original software. Credit must be given to "Donald May" if 50% or greater of my source is used in a project.
B) You must ask my permission before releasing an update to one of my extensions with the same filename. This is to evaluate that the extension does infact justify a new version. If you do this, then you must provide the updated source code to CT and make it open source as then it will constitute the current version of that particular extension.
C) You may not share this source code with people outside of the EDT area. If you know someone who is interested in extension development then you can ask that they be included in the EDT but for security reasons I would prefer that this extension source codes remain only avaliable to the people in this area.
D) You may not provide or use this code in any company that is directly competing with Multimedia Fusion 2. That means that my extensions may not be ported to Construct. If anyone from Construct wishes to have my extensions they can pay me a license fee and I will use the money to make more MMF 2 extensions.
